Position Requirements Education * Higher Education Degree in Technology/Computer Science. * Desirable: Technical or Higher Engineering degree. Experience * Minimum 5 years performing similar roles. * Proven experience in project management methodologies, both traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience in insurance-sector projects. Responsibilities and Technical Knowledge * Planning and executing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. * Developing and monitoring the project plan, detailing tasks, dependencies, and deliverables. * Reporting capability, preparation of reports, and appropriate escalation of incidents. * KPI-oriented project management. * Maintenance and updating of project-related documentation. * Proficiency in Office 365. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external. * Highly desirable technical background, especially in .NET, Cloud technologies, DevOps, APIs, and database modeling.
