We are currently seeking a **PROJECT MANAGER** for our Outsourcing division who wishes to join our team. Are you in? **What will you do?** * Lead all project phases: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closure. * Define the project plan: scope, schedule, milestones, risks, budget, and resources. * Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities alongside civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation supervisors. * Conduct periodic site visits to verify progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards. * Manage and resolve technical, construction-related, or contractual deviations identified during supervision. * Ensure effective communication among engineering, construction, contractors, subcontractors, and operational departments. * Monitor physical and financial project progress, reporting to management via periodic reports. * Coordinate site meetings, technical follow-ups, and milestone reviews. * Manage contractors and suppliers: planning, contractual control, and deliverable approvals. * Supervise and validate technical, construction, and commissioning documentation. * Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. * Support and supervise system and facility testing, commissioning, and start-up. **What will we offer you?** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the Engineering sector. * A multidisciplinary and highly qualified team working on innovative projects. * Commitment to equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals. * An innovative career plan and professional development program tailored to your needs to foster growth and professional projection. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Technical or Higher Engineering degree: Mining, Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. Additional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is valued. * **Experience:** 5–8 years’ experience in industrial project management and supervision. Experience supervising construction in industrial environments, process plants, mining, or complex infrastructure projects. * **Knowledge:** * Project planning and control tools (MS Project, Primavera), * Knowledge of construction processes, mechanical, electrical, and civil installation, * Document management and quality control during construction phase, * Office 365 (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint), * Intermediate-to-advanced technical English (desirable).
