DESCRIPTION At Eosol Group, we are seeking an experienced **Mechanical Site Manager** to join our team on the exciting **PSFV Arcos** project. This photovoltaic project, with a capacity of 35.50 MWp, will be located in the municipality of Medina Sidonia, Cádiz, Spain. The estimated duration of the engagement is approximately 10 months, with possible extension depending on project requirements. As the Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of the project’s mechanical construction execution. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all necessary resources (human, material, and financial) to ensure correct and efficient execution of works, meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and the highest standards of quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical construction activities of the project. * Manage work teams, assign tasks, and ensure achievement of objectives. * Monitor and control work execution according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Supervise and control materials and equipment used, ensuring their quality and availability. * Develop and monitor execution schedules, identifying and managing potential deviations. * Manage the construction budget, controlling costs and proposing optimization measures. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Coordinate with other departments (engineering, procurement, logistics) as well as subcontractors and suppliers. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and deviation reports. * Resolve technical and operational issues arising during execution. * Ensure work quality by verifying compliance with established standards. * Participate in project handover and closure activities. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering (Mechanics), Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as Mechanical Site Manager or in roles of similar responsibility within construction projects, preferably in the photovoltaic or industrial sector. * In-depth knowledge of mechanical construction techniques and processes. * Leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities. * Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office) and project management tools (MS Project or similar). * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Proactivity, results orientation, and ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to work in Medina Sidonia, Cádiz. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in photovoltaic power plants. * Technical English proficiency. * Occupational Risk Prevention certifications.
