Job Summary: We are seeking Naval Construction Engineers for business development and consulting projects in industrial process transformation, including diagnosis, redesign, and change management. Focus on industrial operations and processes * Naval: Naval Construction Engineers. **Responsibilities:** Business development and delivery of consulting projects focused on industrial process transformation, including: * End-to-end process diagnosis and redesign * Reengineering of operational and industrial processes * Change management and operational adoption * Data- and AI-driven transformation (data-driven operations) * Improvement of efficiency, quality, cost, and time-to-market * Support for large-scale industrial transformation programs **Potential Areas of Expertise:** Primarily within the domain of **industrial operations and processes**, such as: * Engineering and Development of product development * Industrial planning and industrialization. Experience in selection and installation of specialized industrial machinery. * Production and operations (Lean, continuous improvement, industrial performance) * Supply Chain, logistics, and planning * Quality and certification * Integration of industrial processes and systems (ERP, MES, PLM, LMS, BIM, …) * Digitalization of industrial processes and Industry 4.0 * Process governance and operational models in complex industrial organizations **Profile:** * Analytical * Prior experience in at least one transformation or improvement project * Experience managing teams * Ambition to grow and learn about integrating processes and new technologies (AI, Data, hyperautomation, industrial robotics, …) * Primarily based in Spain.
