Experience and expertise in DATA CENTER environments will be highly valued, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with business objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead infrastructure IT transformation, migration, and improvement projects (on-premise, cloud, hybrid). * Coordinate internal and external technical teams (vendors, system integrators). * Design efficient, secure, and scalable technical solutions. * Supervise project execution: planning, tracking, risk control, and change management. * Ensure technical and operational documentation for projects. * Manage project-related budgets, licenses, and contracts. * Drive continuous improvement and technological innovation. **What We Offer** * A stable, long-term professional project. * Participation in cutting-edge technology initiatives. * Continuous training and certifications. * A positive work environment and collaborative culture. **Requirements** **Education:** * Technical or University Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * Required certifications: ITIL and PMP or PRINCE2. **Experience:** * +5 years’ experience in technical management of IT projects/services/vendors. * Proven experience in Datacenter environments (servers, networking, storage, virtualization). * Coordination of technical teams and vendor management. **Technical Knowledge:** * Infrastructure: VMware, Windows/Linux, LAN/WAN networks, backup, monitoring. * Workplace: Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, collaboration tools. * Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP (hybrid environments). **Competencies:** * Technical leadership and team management. * Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Time management and prioritization. * Proactivity and autonomy. **Languages** * Native Spanish. * Technical English.
