Job Summary: We are seeking a Geomatics and Surveying Engineering Intern to undertake practical training on railway construction projects, supporting layout surveying, topographic surveys, and processing of surveying data. We currently require a GEOMATICS AND SURVEYING ENGINEERING INTERN for Asturias. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: You will undertake practical training on the metric-gauge railway track renewal project between Colloto and Infiesto, participating in surveying tasks related to layout surveying and geometric control of the works. * Support in track and civil works layout surveying. * Topographic surveys and geometric control. * Operation of total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments. * Support in measurements and preparation of sketches and drawings. * Processing of topographic data and support to the technical office. * Coordination with production teams and site supervision. REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in the Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering. * Basic knowledge of railway surveying. * Basic proficiency in surveying software and CAD. * Availability for fieldwork. * Interest in railway construction projects.
