As a Growth/Go-to-Market Specialist, your focus will be on designing, executing, and optimizing launch and webinar campaigns—ensuring every action directly impacts lead generation and enrollment conversion. This role blends analytical thinking with creative judgment: you’ll serve as the bridge between paid media strategy, copy and ad creative development, and performance metric analysis to make data-driven decisions. **What You’ll Do (or, better yet, What You’ll Enjoy)*** Design and lead launch and webinar strategies to drive awareness and conversion. * Collaborate with media buyers to ensure advertising campaigns align with the creative proposition. * Create and oversee copy, hooks, scripts, and advertising assets (video, image, text) for ads and digital environments. * Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to make results-oriented creative decisions. * Experiment with new sales angles, formats, and messaging to improve campaign effectiveness. * Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. * Ensure webinars have an optimized funnel: from registration to post\-event conversion. * Stay up to date on paid media trends, creative formats, and social media virality.
