In this role, you’ll be a key contributor in creating audiovisual content that transforms how people learn. You’ll conceptualize, shoot, and edit pieces for courses, campaigns, and social media—actively shaping the visual development of our educational and promotional messages. **About the Role** ================ This role directly contributes to the quality of high-end audiovisual content developed for our social media channels—content designed to resonate with our audience and advance education in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other emerging technologies. **What You’ll Do (or, better yet, what you’ll enjoy)** ========================================================= * **Design and execute audiovisual projects from start to finish**, from concept development through post-production—with strong technical and creative foundations. * **Propose creative ideas** that strengthen the visual storytelling of our educational content, internal campaigns, and social media assets—aligned with Learning Heroes’ objectives. * **Cover indoor and outdoor shoots**, handling cameras confidently and with aesthetic judgment—both in controlled and dynamic environments. * **Edit high-quality audiovisual pieces** for diverse formats and platforms—including reels, courses, internal content, and advertising. * **Participate in shoot planning**, contributing narrative, technical, and production insights to maximize visual storytelling impact. * **Integrate AI tools and techniques** into production and editing workflows to improve content efficiency and quality—leveraging platforms such as Runway, Pika Labs, MiniMax, and Kling. * **Collaborate closely with Marketing, Education, and Content teams**, ensuring audiovisual deliverables meet both pedagogical and brand communication goals. * **Stay up-to-date on audiovisual trends and AI tools**, proactively incorporating new techniques and visual languages. * **Efficiently organize and manage video files and projects**, ensuring traceability and order throughout the workflow.
