Contribute to creating safer and healthier workplaces A company in the sustainability and business management consulting sector is looking to hire a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention to reinforce its safety, health, and quality team. The selected candidate will promote a preventive culture by integrating both physical and psychosocial risks and contribute to creating safer and healthier workplaces. \-Candidate Profile: Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Engineering, Health Sciences, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field. Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties. \-Knowledge: Current OSH legislation. Accident investigation and Coordination of Business Activities (CBA). ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Internal and external audits, non-conformance management, and corrective actions. Design of OSH training and indicator management. English level C1. \-Experience: Minimum 3 years in risk assessment and management (including psychosocial risks and ergonomics). Coordination with external prevention services (EPS) and mutual insurance companies. Experience implementing and monitoring safety and emergency plans. Participation in quality and/or environmental audits. \-Particularly valued: Experience managing ISO 9001 and/or 14001 systems. Experience in process definition and continuous improvement. Sensitivity towards integrating sustainability, employee wellbeing, and preventive culture. Working Conditions \-Contract type: Permanent. \-Planned start date: 04/20/2026. \-Workplace municipality: Manlleu. \-Gross monthly salary: €2,583.33 (14 payments, 8-hour workday). \-Work modality: Hybrid. \-Working hours: Full-time. \-Schedule: Monday to Thursday: flexible start between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., flexible end between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Friday: intensive shift from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. \-Identify, assess, and monitor occupational risks, defining appropriate preventive measures. \-Coordinate management activities with the External Prevention Service (EPS), mutual insurance companies, and other stakeholders. \-Participate in the Safety and Health Committee and follow up on agreed actions. \-Investigate accidents and incidents and propose corrective actions. \-Promote workplace wellbeing initiatives and psychosocial risk management. \-Design and deliver OSH training tailored to teams. \-Coordinate emergency plans and drills. \-Manage and update preventive documentation. \-Lead the quality and environmental management system (ISO). \-Participate in audits and manage non-conformances. \-Monitor safety, quality, and sustainability indicators. \-Develop and review procedures and technical documentation. \-Collaborate with internal teams to promote safe workplaces aligned with sustainability criteria. * Experience: 3 years.
