Location is Galicia, with a hybrid working model. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** A product-oriented Team Lead who will serve as the technical lead and technical reference for their squad. * Actively and consistently participate in API design and development, following an API-First approach (OpenAPI). * Develop and evolve microservices using Spring Boot and our proprietary framework. * Ensure development quality and code cleanliness (Clean Code). * Implement event-driven asynchronous communication using Kafka/PIPE (producers/consumers). * Model and access data in relational (SQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase – key/value) databases. * Actively participate in technical design, proposing improvements beyond those specified in JIRA tickets. * Collaborate with product and architecture teams to enhance end-to-end solutions.
