The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining product quality. Responsibilities: Production organization, planning, and management within the section. Management and coordination of a team of workers in the electrical cable assembly section. Maintenance and adjustment of machinery to ensure proper operation. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Identification and resolution of technical issues. Training and supervision of the team in daily operations. Attention and support for service staff. Coordination with other professionals in the section. Collaboration with other departments to improve production process efficiency. Requirements: Dynamic, responsible individual with capacity to manage a team. Experience in industrial environments. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Interest and experience in industrial production tasks and manual dexterity. Experience with metrology tools, blueprint interpretation, mechanical and IT technical knowledge for machine programming is desirable.
