What do we offer? \- Company-provided training to support your internal development and provide you with the information needed for adapting to the job. \- Permanent position. \- Positive work environment, because it's important that you feel at home. \- 10% discount on purchases from the Fes Més Bricolatge brand. \- Mobile phone, tablet, or laptop. \- Support the delegate in coordinating and supervising daily operations. \- Organize and control goods receipt, warehousing, order preparation, and dispatch. \- Coordinate and assign warehouse team tasks, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations. \- Monitor stock levels, manage inventories, and resolve warehouse-related incidents. \- Provide technical advice on hardware products and assist in identifying alternatives according to customer needs. \- Supervise correct product referencing, location, and cataloging within the warehouse. \- Maintain and update product information in the SAP system, coordinating with relevant departments. \- Participate in continuous improvement of logistics processes and optimization of internal procedures. * 2 years of experience. \- Prior experience of 2 years in the duties described. \- Previous experience in a logistics warehouse. \- Solid knowledge of hardware and DIY products for carpentry. \- Proficiency in SAP (Warehouse / MM module). \- Ability to coordinate and lead teams. * Compulsory Secondary Education Certificate. * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced). * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced). * Competencies / knowledge: \- Valid forklift license. \- Experience in ERP implementation or improvement. \- Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) applied to warehouses. \- Knowledge of hardware applied to the wood sector. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Full-time working hours. * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2400'. * Additional information: Salary paid in 12 installments. Loyalty bonus paid separately.
