Job Description We are seeking a Monitor for temporary assignments with the possibility of a permanent position. Job Responsibilities * Accompanying and assisting children and/or young people with special educational needs. * Promoting autonomy among these children and/or young people. * Assisting with mobility, monitoring postural control and correcting it when necessary to maximize students’ mobility. * Stimulating students’ autonomy and self-management skills. * Remaining fully attentive at all times while working with children. * Encouraging active participation of children in daily tasks, taking into account their limitations. * Ensuring the safety and comfort of students during their time at school/institute and supporting teachers and/or educators. Requirements * Intermediate-level vocational qualification or certification as a Leisure Time Monitor. * Mandatory up-to-date certificate confirming no sexual offense convictions. * Advanced Catalan language proficiency. * Minimum of one year’s experience in similar roles is preferred. * Experience in the social services sector is desirable. * Problem-solving skills and strong communication ability. * Clear orientation and vocation toward children. * Availability to meet the required working hours.
