Primary technical entry point for customers and implementation leads **Job Title** Delivery Senior Specialist**Summary :** As a Delivery Senior Specialist within our Hospitality Operations team, you will lead the end\-to\-end onboarding of global hotel customers onto the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS). We are looking for a natural problem\-solver who appreciates a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate is someone who can step into a project, identify the path forward, and execute with precision while keeping stakeholders effortlessly aligned. You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into technical configurations, managing data migrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from kick\-off to go\-live. **Key Responsibilities** * **Implementation Lifecycle:** Own the implementation of ACRS features from inception to production. Scope projects by gathering requirements directly from customers and third parties (OTAs, PMSs) to ensure a fit\-for\-purpose solution. * **System Configuration \& Data Migration Strategy:** Define and execute the optimal strategy for system initialization, englobing various approaches to ensure efficiency and accuracy. * **Milestone \& Environment Management:** Ensure all test and production systems are initialized and validated on time, aligning with program increments and milestones leading up to a successful go\-live. * **Technical \& Functional Support:** Act as the primary technical entry point for customers and implementation leads. Perform rigorous testing on customized solutions and provide expert problem resolution. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** Work closely with R\&D, Solution Management, and Product teams to incorporate new developments. Provide timely updates and proactively escalate risks as appropriate. * **Process Evolution:** Actively work on simplifying and automating implementation processes to improve delivery speed and quality. **About the Ideal Candidate** * **Professional Background:** at least 4–6 years of experience in Implementation or Business Analyst roles, specifically within the **Hospitality or Travel Technology** sectors. * **Technical Proficiency:** \* Advanced mastery of the **MS Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and **SharePoint**. * Expert\-level use of **Jira and Confluence** for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.A solid understanding of **APIs** and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * **Project Management:** Proven track record of managing large\-scale system integration projects and complex functional requirements without the need for constant guidance. * **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to adapt to a wide variety of internal technical environments * Proactive professional with high accountability and a meticulous attention to detail.
