Our capabilities include programme, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain, net zero and digital solutions. **Job Description** * Lead the team on a day-to-day basis and coordinate all its activities * Be responsible for achieving the client’s objectives * Propose project development strategy to the client and the Project Director * Determine the need for specific procedures on the project * Serve as the main point of contact with the client, maintaining constant communication to report on project progress * Establish communication lines with the client and contractors * Be responsible for implementing our Project Management Quality Management System on the project * Be responsible for defining and monitoring the evolution of the cost plan and project schedule * Define the meeting strategy * Prepare and update the risk register * Propose the procurement and purchasing strategy * Define the document filing index * Issue Monthly Project Status Reports to the client and to Project Management * Coordinate with the team and collect all necessary information regarding the final evaluation of contractors **Qualifications** * Architect / Engineer / Technical Architect / Building Engineer * Native-level Spanish / Professional-level English * Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager with a recognized Project Management firm in Spain * Advanced Excel / Presto / Office Suite / AutoCAD * Tertiary sector (especially Shopping Centres) * On-site and/or office-based **Additional Information** Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
