Your primary role will combine operational production tasks with the preparation, commissioning, assembly, and adjustment of plant machinery (e.g., stamping presses, welding robots, or sheet metal forming machines), ensuring manufacturing objectives are met under optimal quality and safety conditions. Once your profile is received, we will assign you to the production line best matching your skills and experience. Requirements * Qualification: Minimum required: Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in metallurgy, machining, welding, maintenance, or equivalent technical training. * Preferred: Professional certifications related to welding, mechanical manufacturing, etc. Up-to-date training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and Environmental Management. Valid forklift operator license. Ability or prior experience mentoring or training new team members joining the team. * Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in industrial production environments (preferably metal sector). Technical knowledge (experience in any of the following areas will be valued): Assembly and adjustment of dies in presses (hydraulic and eccentric). Welding (TIG, MIG/MAG, laser) or basic industrial robotics programming. Working with sheet metal or metal and adjusting machine parameters. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use part inspection instruments. Digital competencies: Familiarity with computers or machine-side displays (production data entry systems) and basic office software. Key competencies: Teamwork, rigor, attention to detail, proactivity, and adaptability. * Mandatory: Demonstrable prior experience of at least one year in manufacturing or metal workshop roles. Availability: AFTERNOON SHIFT Residence or ability to commute to the Osona / Ripollès region (northern area). * Other requirements: Language: No English proficiency required.
