




Position Summary: We are seeking a customer service manager in the energy sector to analyze investment-related complaints and manage incidents, applying knowledge of profitability and volatility. Key Points: 1. Analysis of investment-related complaints and incident management. 2. Application of knowledge regarding profitability and volatility. 3. Development of other duties inherent to the position. We are looking for a customer service professional in the energy sector based in Madrid. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complaints regarding investment performance, as well as general management of customer incidents and inquiries. You must be able to apply your knowledge of profitability and volatility to resolve diverse situations, in addition to carrying out other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, distributed Monday through Friday on a split shift. Statutory rest periods will apply. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and complaint management. * Experience managing incidents related to financial assets or investment products. * We seek a responsible and dynamic individual. * Availability to work remotely. Fluent spoken and written Spanish * Completed ESO or equivalent. \- Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Law, or similar is desirable.
