At Barry Callebaut, we are hiring a **Maintenance Technician** for the afternoon shift — a permanent position within our Engineering and Maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of facilities and production equipment, directly contributing to plant safety, quality, and efficiency. ### **What will your day\-to\-day look like?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation incidents. * Record interventions in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Supervise and coordinate work with external suppliers. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and equipment optimization initiatives. * Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and environmental standards. * Collaborate with other plant teams to maximize equipment availability. ### **What are we looking for?** * Vocational training (intermediate or advanced level) in Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial environments. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Experience in welding and PLC diagnostics is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, initiative, and problem\-solving orientation. **What do we offer?** ----------------- ### **Stability and a long\-term career project** You will join a leading multinational company, with a permanent position and the opportunity to build a long\-term professional career. ### **Growth and development** We invest in internal promotion and continuous learning.
