The selected candidate will work autonomously, managing their own time to ensure proper equipment operation and uninterrupted production. Your Mission at the Company? - Execution of the plant equipment’s preventive maintenance plan (e.g., replacement of gaskets in homogenizers, maintenance of mechanical seals, repair of valves such as Alfa Laval and Bardiani Valvole, and motors). - Corrective maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns during production to minimize downtime. - Technical diagnosis and resolution of incidents involving equipment such as GEA Group / Flottweg centrifuges, SKIOLD dry mills, homogenizers, and Fristam Pumps and Grundfos pumps. - Interpretation of blueprints, industrial schematics, and manufacturers’ technical manuals. - Use of SCADA systems and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for recording and tracking interventions. - Proposal of technical improvements and application of Root Cause Analysis methodologies to resolve incidents definitively. - Compliance with industrial and food safety regulations. Publication Date 27/02/2026 Requirements Qualification: Vocational Training Certificate in Electromechanics (CFGM) or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Requirements Mandatory: - Training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or related fields. - Prior experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the food industry or packaging lines. - Technical knowledge in mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, and interpretation of electrical schematics. - Valuable experience in versatile production environments (e.g., candidates from the dairy industry or similar sectors). - Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and ability to work effectively in a team.
