Your role will be essential to the operation of **our workshop**, combining **technical skills** with **excellent customer service**: * **General Mechanics:** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, including clutch, cylinder head, timing system, and other complex mechanical component replacements. * **Rapid Mechanics:** Efficiently carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure prompt vehicle delivery. * **Tire Mounting and Dismounting:** Managing tire replacement, balancing, and alignment for passenger vehicles, ensuring road safety. * **Fault Diagnosis:** Accurately identifying vehicle failure causes using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge. * **Quality Control:** Ensuring all repairs and maintenance meet Grupo Soledad’s quality standards. **What are we looking for?** * Proven experience as an **Automotive Mechanic / Tire Fitter** or in **automotive mechanics roles** (prior experience with **passenger vehicles** will be highly valued). * Proficiency with **diagnostic tools**, **workshop machinery**, and **knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems**. * A **proactive**, **meticulous** individual with strong **manual and technical skills**. * Ability to **work independently and collaboratively**, as well as to **manage multiple tasks simultaneously**.
