We are currently seeking an **Industrial Electrical Technician** to join the Maintenance team at our paper manufacturing plant. **What will your responsibilities be?** -------------------------------- * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the plant’s electrical installations and equipment. * Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and industrial automation faults. * Work on electric motors, frequency inverters, sensors, instrumentation, and electrical panels. * Collaborate in commissioning new installations and technical improvements. * Participate in fault analysis and implementation of continuous improvement actions. * Comply with the company’s established safety, quality, and environmental procedures. * Coordinate closely with other members of the maintenance and production teams. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Vocational training (Medium or Higher Level) in Electricity, Automation, Electromechanics, Electrotechnical Systems, or similar. * Experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in continuous production environments. * Knowledge of industrial automation (PLC), frequency inverters, instrumentation, and electrical schematics. * Ability to work effectively in a team, resolve incidents, and act autonomously. * Commitment to safety and continuous improvement. **Especially valued:** * Experience in the paper industry or other continuous industrial processes. * Knowledge of Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, or Rockwell systems. * Experience interpreting electrical diagrams and basic PLC programming. **What do we offer?** ------------------- * Opportunity to join a leading and benchmark company in the sector. * Permanent contract. * Continuous training and professional development. * Participation in industrial innovation and improvement projects. * A positive working environment within a highly qualified technical team. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Rotating shift work with corresponding compensation.
