We are currently looking for a **Distribution Warehouse Technician** for our Biologics\-Inhalers Unit. **MISSION / JOB SUMMARY** Manage shipment orders for domestic and international markets. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the shipment process from order confirmation to delivery. * Manage logistics operations for order preparation in computerized warehouses. * Monitor stock movements. * Coordinate activities of multi-skilled warehouse staff and warehouse operators. * Prepare the annual budget for expenses and investments, monitor budget execution, and propose corrective measures for deviations. * Responsible for GDP compliance. * Execute the defined order preparation plan by launching the corresponding work batches. * Assign necessary human resources to each area to meet the plan. * Generate required documentation for goods dispatch. * Liaise daily with logistics agencies to agree on pickup schedules for products ready for dispatch. * Ensure correct operation and execution of dispatch and receipt processes in both warehouse zones (silo and SabSur). * Ensure necessary operations are performed to maintain required cold-chain storage conditions. * Ensure compliance with area-specific work procedures. * Be responsible for the physical location and custody of the Sanidad sample library. * Manage documentation and waste collection. * Ensure that the use and condition of area facilities and equipment meet company-defined standards. * Continuously improve procedures and facilities affecting service quality and area costs. * Manage the general archive. * Verify pallet blocks in the silo and release those eligible for unblocking, according to the monthly list. * Create Prevales for accidents or incidents, non-conformities, confidential information, safety inspections, document assimilation, corrective or preventive actions. * Perform various area maintenance reports. * Goods receipt, order preparation, stock control, Sanidad logs, etc. * Complete various team KPIs. * Conduct inventories at SabSur per procedure. * Train newly hired personnel. * Key User for SAP and SLM (W\&D). * Comply with GMP, GLP, GDP or other applicable regulations per current legislation. Report any non-compliance to the person involved and, depending on severity and recurrence, also to the role responsible for regulatory compliance. * Comply with safety and environmental regulations outlined in relevant procedures, guidelines, and work instructions; promptly inform responsible parties of situations or actions posing risks to personal safety or to others affected by professional activities. * Actively participate in and drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes involving this role, identifying improvement opportunities and promoting innovation. Actively contribute to Industrial Operations’ challenges and objectives. * Maintain and comply with established standards. * Apply proposed Lean tools to perform job duties. * Identify and report improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement events. * Fulfill assigned responsibilities in accordance with principles of self-management and company-established rules and values. * Supervise responsibilities assigned to collaborators and ensure compliance with regulations. * Be accountable for team performance and associated behaviors, including respect, empathy, commitment, and efficiency. * Ensure internal team coordination to achieve objectives. * Identify training needs and establish necessary training systems. * Detect inefficiencies, negative attitudes, or breaches of labor regulations and propose corrective measures within one’s scope of responsibility. * Participate in evaluations of operational team members within one’s scope. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Minimum education equivalent to Spanish Baccalaureate or completed Medium-Level Vocational Training with professional experience, or equivalent Professional Certification; preferably Higher-Level Vocational Training. * GMPs and GDPs. * Forklift operator license. * SAP knowledge. * Intermediate English level. * Prior knowledge and experience in this role will be valued.
