We are looking for a **Telecommunications Infrastructure Drafter** (yes, someone who turns blueprints into real projects). About the Role (and Why It Exists): We need someone who ensures our network infrastructure projects (fiber, network electronics, CCTV, WiFi, etc.) not only function but are also perfectly documented, organized, and ready to progress without friction. This role is critical because project quality depends not only on installation—it depends on how the project is designed, documented, reviewed, and delivered. If precision, order, and being in full control motivate you, you’ll feel very comfortable here. **What Will You Do Day-to-Day?** No endless paragraphs. Here’s what you’ll actually do: Drafting and Documentation * Draw “as-built” plans, fiber schematics, and conduit layouts. * Prepare measurements, material lists, reports, and final documentation. * Keep the technical archive up to date (no version chaos). * Review deliverables from installers and suppliers. Technical Support * Conduct WiFi coverage studies and signal analysis. * Prepare basic configurations and site documentation. * Ensure all installed elements match the drawings. Coordination and Organization * Plan site visits, appointments, and resources with the Cabling Coordinator. * Manage inventory and materials: what comes in, what goes out, and what’s missing. * Prepare budgets and comparisons using reliable data. Communication and Deliverables * Create clear, visual presentations that clients understand. * Edit graphic or video material when needed. * Present project progress simply and professionally. **What Are We Looking For?** Must-Have * Experience (approx. 2 years) in drafting, technical support, or document management. * Practical experience with AutoCAD or similar tools. * Knowledge of networks, fiber optics, CCTV, WiFi, or IP telephony. * Strong organizational skills: if you don’t manage versions, no one will. * Ability to present information clearly (not just “pretty”). * Class B driver’s license and availability for occasional travel.
