




Company Information Company Fundació Fageda Job Description Vacant Position **Dairy Production Technician (morning)** Location Santa Pau Region Garrotxa Number of Positions 2 Category Operator Department Production Working Hours 6:00 to 14:00 Salary According to collective agreement Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description For this position, we are looking for a responsible person capable of carrying out assigned tasks in the specific production section, such as mixtures, pasteurization, sterilization, packaging, pH measurement, or packing of dairy products, yogurts, desserts, and CIPs (cleaning in place) of preparation, cooking, or jam packaging facilities, mixtures, ice cream pasteurization or packaging. Responsible also for product quality, waste control, productivity, and the operational status of industrial facilities. All of this while ensuring that their actions align with the dual focus vision: productivity and care for supported staff. Organize work among team members with support needs according to each individual's capabilities, coordinating with supervisors from different sections (ice cream, dairy, jams) and collaborating with monitors and the sociolaboral technical team. - Provide instructions on how tasks should be performed, assign materials/tools to team members, and supervise the work carried out by each team member, monitoring the completion of assigned tasks. - Assist the section supervisor and monitors in evaluating the competencies of the team under supervision; interact with the supervisor and/or social monitor in cases of conflict or detection of demotivated personnel, etc. - Ensure that the Manufacturing Orders (MO) correspond to the specific production day and contain no errors; in case of doubt, consult the section supervisor. - Before starting an MO, ensure that raw materials, consumables, packaging, and any other necessary elements are present at the workplace before beginning work. - Prepare the machine or system for startup, ensuring it is clean, bringing it up to operating conditions, verifying that no tools or equipment are missing, and ensuring the process functions correctly. - Monitor the process during production to ensure manufacturing cycles, temperatures, product quality, and weight are correct. - Ensure the proper functioning of the installation, reporting any incidents to the supervisor. Publication Date 07/11/2025 Requirements Education ESO/CFGM desirable Desirable Not essential but highly valued: intermediate-level qualification in food processing and training in agri-food industries, HACCP, IFS, .. Intermediate to advanced computer skills are essential for performing your duties. If no technical training exists, 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry is required, and experience managing teams is desirable.
