Continuous training for professional development. **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR TECHNICIAN** to join the Technical Department of a prestigious, established, and sector-leading company — an SAT specializing in the maintenance and repair of heating, hot water, and air conditioning systems. The selected technician will operate within the Osona region. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preventive maintenance. * Fault diagnosis. * Repair of parts or replacement of defective components. * Adjustments and calibrations to optimize energy consumption and efficiency. * Ensuring installations comply with gas, pressure, ventilation, and safety regulations. * Advising customers on usage, efficiency, maintenance, and potential improvements. **THE COMPANY OFFERS:** * **Indefinite-term contract** with a stable company committed to sustainability and possessing an excellent team. * **Full-time schedule** (40 hours/week): Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. * On-call duty every two months. * Compensation: **€28,887 gross/year** (per Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement) \+ production and contract-based incentives (paid in 14 installments). * **Company-provided vehicle, mobile phone, and tools.** * Continuous training. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of boilers and air conditioning systems. * Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training in Electricity, Electronics, Plumbing, or Renewable Energies. * Highly valued: Gas Certification and RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios). * Spanish and Catalan: high level of comprehension and spoken proficiency. * Mandatory: Valid driver’s license.
