The selected candidate will be responsible for daily production planning, personnel management, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily plant operations. Organize work shifts and assign tasks to the production team. Ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery deadlines. Supervise quality and occupational safety standards. Manage production incidents and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality departments. Monitor production indicators (KPIs). Drive continuous improvement and process optimization. Lead, motivate, and develop the workforce. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Plant Supervisor, Production Manager, or in a similar role within an industrial environment. Technical education (Advanced Vocational Training Certificate or Industrial, Mechanical, or Industrial Organization Engineering, or equivalent). Leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of production planning and continuous improvement. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office and ERP systems). Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven individual. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in industrial companies within food, metal, wood, plastic, or related sectors. Proficiency in Catalan and English. We Offer Permanent contract. Immediate incorporation.
