**TITLE** Labor Technician \- Intensive shift: 08:00 to 16:30 **DESCRIPTION** An established company in the meat industry, with its own production facilities and a medium-to-large workforce, is seeking to hire a labor technician to assume full responsibility for workforce labor management, exercising independent judgment and autonomy. This is not a support role: it is the dedicated labor position within the People Department. Working hours: 08:00 to 16:30, intensive shift. DIRECT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY. **What will your role be?** * Full labor cycle: hiring, termination, contracts, extensions, and renewals. * Payroll and costs: payroll supervision, Social Security, attendance tracking, vacation and leave management. All handled via Summar. * Regulations: application of collective bargaining agreements, salary tables, monitoring legislative changes and their impact on the company. * Government agencies and mutual insurance: SEPE, TGSS, Labor Inspection, management of temporary disability (IT) and workplace accidents, PRL documentation. * Data: absenteeism reports, turnover reports, labor cost analyses, and workforce reports for management. * Internal and external audits, and administrative support in disciplinary procedures. **What profile are we looking for?** * University degree in Law, Labor Relations, or Work Sciences. A Law degree is particularly valued. * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience managing payroll and personnel administration autonomously. * Experience working with medium-to-large workforces. * Methodical individual, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrating initiative. Familiarity with Summar or willingness to learn it. **Especially valued** * Experience in the food or meat industry. * Collective bargaining agreements of moderate complexity. * Practical labor law expertise. **What do we offer?** * DIRECT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY — indefinite term. * Working hours: 08:00 to 16:30, intensive shift. * Annual gross salary between €30,000 and €37,000, depending on experience provided. * Autonomy and direct visibility with management. * Stable company with sustained operations and a long-term project.
