Ref. 154150 FI FIXIOR Entire comarca of Osona; Monday to Friday, with own visit schedule; Direct employment contract with the company; 03/09/2026 Job Description An established meat distribution company with a strong local presence is seeking a Sales Representative to serve and grow its portfolio of restaurants and hotels in the Osona comarca. You will not start from scratch. An active and proven client portfolio already exists — clients who regularly purchase from the company — offering real potential to increase both per-client consumption and the total number of accounts. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE? * Visit and serve the existing portfolio of restaurants and hotels in Osona. * Increase consumption among current clients. * Acquire new accounts within your assigned territory. * Advise on products, cuts, and references according to each client’s cuisine type. * Negotiate prices and terms within the framework set by the company. * Track orders, deliveries, and incidents jointly with the internal team. * Monitor collections and account status. * Report on activities, visits, and sales forecasts. WHAT PROFILE ARE WE SEEKING? * Commercial experience selling to the HORECA channel. * Familiarity with the Osona comarca and its restaurant and hospitality ecosystem. * Professional-level fluency in both Spanish and Catalan. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). * Self-motivated, organized, and consistent in conducting visits. ESPECIALLY VALUED * Experience in food distribution, especially in meat or fresh products. * Personal network of contacts within the HORECA channel. * Proficiency with commercial management tools or ERP systems. * Personable approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
