We are looking for an immediate incorporation of a **Controller in Torelló** for a factory of a multinational industrial company, a market leader in its sector, listed on the stock exchange. **Main responsibilities:** * Calculate production costs for plant products. * Analyze and prepare business ratios and KPIs, improving them. * Propose improvement actions to optimize results. * Optimize operational working capital. **Key tasks:** * Manage, prepare and analyze all financial and economic information from the factory for monthly accounting closure. * Prepare macro and micro budgets within deadlines. * Manage product costing. * Monitor KPIs on the operations dashboard. * Forecast plant costs and expenses. * Analyze business ratios and propose improvements. * Propose improvement actions to optimize results. * Optimize operational working capital. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management; specific courses in Management Control are desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of Power BI. * High level of English. * We are seeking an organized, responsible, and proactive individual who enjoys teamwork. **We offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to work in a high-growth company. * Salary: negotiable according to profile.
