Job Summary: We are seeking a textile retail sales assistant to advise customers, provide an exclusive shopping experience, and manage the entire sales process while maintaining the store’s image. Communicative skills and sales-target orientation. One person is sought to join as a Textile Retail Sales Assistant in a store located in the municipality of Vic (08500\). Personally advise customers, offering an exclusive and tailored shopping experience aligned with their style and needs. Perform "personal shopper" duties: recommend garments, combinations, and collections according to trends and the store’s identity. Thoroughly understand products (materials, construction, origin, exclusivity) to convey the brand’s differential value. Manage the full sales process: greeting, advising, closing, and payment. Participate in receiving, controlling, and restocking merchandise. Ensure the store’s image and presentation comply with established standards. Maintain order, cleanliness, and excellence in the sales area. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. Clear customer orientation and passion for fashion. Training in commerce, sales, fashion, or styling (desirable). Knowledge of trends, textiles, and premium or luxury brands (desirable). Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service. Languages: Catalan and Spanish (mandatory). Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion. Ability to deliver personalized attention and excellent service. Communicative skills and sales-target orientation. Aesthetic sensitivity, elegance, and personal image care. Ability to work in a team and foster customer loyalty.
