We work with companies across various sectors and sizes at national and international levels. The Energy and Environment team currently consists of six professionals specialized in sectors such as industry, energy, waste management, and the environment. Due to team expansion, we are seeking a junior technician eager to learn and grow professionally, to join our department and participate in the comprehensive management of projects related to the agri-food industry, energy efficiency, and sustainability. The candidate will be responsible for: - Comprehensive management of industrial, energy, and environmental projects and public grants. - Technical and economic consulting for client companies. - Writing technical reports and administrative documentation required for grant applications, monitoring, and justification. - Defining investment strategies and performing technical and economic calculations. - Monitoring calls for proposals, funding lines, and regulatory changes. - Coordinating with regional, national, and European agencies and administrations. Publication Date 08/09/2025 Requirements Education Engineering or similar Desirable The candidate should have demonstrable experience in writing and managing grants for investment projects, especially within industrial programs, as well as in energy savings and efficiency and environmental matters. Technical and administrative project follow-up knowledge will also be highly valued, along with the ability to prepare scientific and technical reports with rigor, clarity, and synthesis skills. Experience in direct interaction with clients and public agencies will be positively considered, as well as the ability to communicate confidently, empathetically, and effectively in multidisciplinary environments. Requirements Candidates must have solid knowledge in environmental management and energy efficiency, with a general understanding of public policies, environmental aspects (water, waste, emissions, energy, etc.), and the operation of production systems from a sustainability perspective. They must have advanced technical writing skills, with the ability to describe processes, interpret data, synthesize complex information, and write clear and rigorous technical reports and documentation. Experience or aptitude for establishing smooth relationships with clients, advising them proactively and understandingly, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with public agencies and other involved parties is required. Finally, the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, showing responsibility, initiative, adaptability, and commitment to shared departmental and company goals is especially valued. Essential - University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Energy, Environment, or similar fields. - Knowledge of the industrial reality and the energy and environmental sectors. - Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. Intermediate level of English. - Strong technical writing skills and analytical and synthesis capabilities. - Communication skills and client orientation. - Teamwork ability and efficient time management. - Basic proficiency in office software tools. - Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Other Requirements Previous experience in managing and drafting applications for public grants for investment, energy efficiency, and sustainability projects, as well as in technical and economic monitoring and justification of these, will be positively valued. Technical knowledge in energy, sustainability, and industrial processes, as well as familiarity with the operating mechanisms of major public agencies and administrations, will also be taken into account.
