Your mission: You will join the QUALITY team, contributing to ensuring compliance with standards in manufacturing processes. You will participate in monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes, ensuring products meet established requirements and promoting continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and plant efficiency. \- Supervise compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. \- Perform controls and verifications according to customer technical specifications. \- Manage or track non-conformities and complaints from customers and/or suppliers. \- Coordinate and maintain up-to-date quality documentation (analysis certificates, control records, technical data sheets, samples, questionnaires, and declarations). \- Participate in internal audits and support external audits related to certifications (ISO, FSC, PECF, BRC). * Experience: 1 year. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably in industrial or production environments. \- Knowledge of quality control processes and regulations will be valued. \- If you are beginning your professional career but are highly motivated to learn and grow in the quality field, we will also consider your application. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP de Grau Superior) * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Education related to Medium or Higher Vocational Training (CFGM or CFGS) in Quality, Industrial Processes, Chemistry, or similar fields. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Other relevant details: \- Location: Sant Joan les Fonts (Girona) \- Contract: Permanent full-time (40 hours per week). \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts between morning and afternoon (6:00 AM \- 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM \- 10:00 PM).
