Description
Carrying out floral service assembly in accordance with the company's established quality and time indicators.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in handling flowers and assembling floral arrangements.
Perform and participate in cleaning, preparing, and conditioning indoor and outdoor flowers and plants; attend to their watering needs.
Identify and handle tools, materials, and equipment commonly used in a florist shop.
Handle loading and unloading of store materials and goods; assist with deliveries if required.
Serve customers by taking orders directly, via telephone, or electronically; participate in designing and executing window displays, exhibition areas, and catalogs.
Enter information into the company's management systems.
Assist the supervisor with auxiliary tasks.
Collaborate and share responsibility for positive, cooperative teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
**Required Experience:**
Vocational training or related qualification in Floral Art
**Languages:** Intermediate English is valued; knowledge of an additional language is desirable
**Computer Skills:** Digital literacy and familiarity with SAP, email, Microsoft Office suite, and collaborative tools
Complete all assigned continuous training relevant to the position to comply with regulations and remain up-to-date
**Required Knowledge:**
At least 1 year of experience as a Florist
Sector-specific knowledge is valued.
E-commerce (electronic commerce) knowledge is valued.
