Main responsibilities: \- Ensure stock accuracy \- Coordinate loading operations and ensure timely dispatch as requested by clients \- Ensure client orders follow the established planning \- Prepare incident reports, proposing possible corrective actions \- Provide telephone customer service: incident handling, scheduling, stock verification \- Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to personnel \- Ensure smooth warehouse operations: timely orders, properly executed receipts, goods in transit \- Supplier monitoring \- Manage warehouse materials \- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization * Experience: 2 years.
