Publication Date 10/04/2025 Requirements Education Level Intermediate Vocational Training Desirable - Knowledge of logistics management tools (ERP, TMS, etc.) - Proactivity and ability to work in a team Requirements Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring stock accuracy - Coordinating shipments and ensuring they leave at the time requested by the client - Ensuring customer orders follow the established schedule - Reporting incidents and proposing possible corrective actions - Providing telephone customer service: incident handling, scheduling, stock verification - Coordinating warehouse workers and assigning tasks to warehouse staff - Ensuring smooth warehouse operations: timely orders, properly executed incoming goods, materials in transit. - Supplier monitoring - Managing warehouse inventory - Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse Mandatory - Intermediate level vocational qualification - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Catalan and Spanish language skills - Basic level of English - Organizational skills, attention to detail, problem resolution, and communication abilities Additional Requirements - Valid driver's license
