We are seeking a bakery and cafeteria assistant for a bakery with an attached cafeteria located in the Vic/Gurb area. Reporting directly to the store manager, your main responsibilities will be: * Customer service and retail sales of bakery and pastry products. * Preparation of coffee, infusions, and cafeteria service at the counter. * Baking bread and pastries according to shift demand. * Maintaining cleanliness, order, and proper organization of the work area and tasting zone. * Daily stock control and cash register management. Requirements * Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education * Preferred: \- Residence near the workplace or ease of commuting. + Prior experience in bakeries or the food/hospitality sector. + Food handling training. * Required: \- Customer orientation, courtesy, and strong communication skills. + Speed, agility, and ability to work autonomously during peak workloads. + Neat appearance and strict adherence to food hygiene regulations. * Mandatory: \- Fluent spoken Catalan (for direct interaction with local customers). + Full availability to work the afternoon shift from Monday to Saturday. + Demonstrable prior experience in cafeteria service (operation of professional coffee machines).
