Job Summary: We are seeking Aquatic Lifeguards to ensure user safety and manage operations at our summer swimming pool, guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. User assistance and advisory **Description:** ---------------- LLINARSPORT is seeking **6** Aquatic Lifeguards residing in the Vallès Oriental region, specifically for the summer pool at the LLinars Sports Centre. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with facility regulations regarding the use of installations and assigned equipment, as well as attending to and managing any subscriber requests while continuously safeguarding user safety. Monitor the water surface of the summer pool under specific criteria while on lifeguard duty, promptly detecting and responding—on a first-response basis—to any person experiencing difficulty or risk within the aquatic zone. Responsible for the proper use of facilities and equipment in accordance with the entity’s directives, advising users during scheduled hours, and managing incidents and/or client requests. **Contract:** Temporary, from 15 July to 06 September '26 **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, distributed across various shifts according to the facility’s coverage needs **Category:** 3 (sectoral collective agreement) **Working Hours:** Varies per case ROPEC certification from SOS and a certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses are mandatory. **Requirements:** ----------------- **MANDATORY EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Aquatic Lifeguard Certification * Registration Certificate with the Catalan Government’s Registry of Sports Professions (ROPEC) * Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses **ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND OTHER SKILLS:** * Basic Life Support (BLS) and Semi-Automatic External Defibrillation (SEDA) courses * Oral proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish * Outlook software knowledge **PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:** * Customer orientation * Passion for sports * Interpersonal interaction * Attention to detail * Results orientation * Communication
