A **Christmas voucher** worth €50 on your customer card. **Bon Preu salary incentive**. **Office availability:** Hostalets de Balenyà **DO YOU WANT TO KNOW YOUR MISSION?** ----------------------------------------- The **Occupational Health and Safety Technician** position aims to guarantee an **effective, approachable, and context-adapted preventive management system for our centers**, contributing to a safe and healthy working environment both in **commercial establishments** and in the **Bon Preu Group’s logistics platforms**. The person joining this role will act as the technical reference and preventive advisor for assigned centers, combining regulatory rigor with a practical understanding of daily operational realities. Their role will be key to **anticipating risks, supporting teams and managers**, and promoting an integrated preventive culture within business operations—especially in environments involving machinery, logistics, load handling, and high operational activity. This position offers an opportunity to develop a **cross-functional, varied, and impactful role**, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of safety, health, and wellbeing across the Group. * You will manage occupational health and safety for assigned centers—including commercial establishments and logistics platforms—ensuring regulatory compliance and application of best preventive practices. * You will plan and conduct control, monitoring, and advisory preventive visits to centers, adapting actions to the operational reality of each environment—and follow up to ensure implementation. * You will design, review, and monitor **risk assessments**, with special focus on logistics environments, machinery use, load handling, and operational processes. You will analyze and investigate workplace accidents and potential occupational illnesses, preparing reports and proposing preventive and corrective measures. * You will prepare specific technical reports (e.g., lighting measurements, temperature assessments, ergonomic studies, accident root-cause analyses, preventive improvements). * You will support the coordination of preventive activities to ensure safe workplaces. * You will design and update procedures, protocols, and work instructions. * You will advise and support center managers on prevention matters—including construction works, spatial modifications, or introduction of new processes. * You will coordinate with external Prevention Services, the occupational accident mutual fund, and other external preventive agents. * You will plan and participate in emergency drills, self-protection plans, and preventive activities at centers. * You will monitor preventive training activities in OHS and the level of preventive compliance at assigned centers. * You will actively participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the ISO 45001 Management System. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** -------------------------------------------- * It would be ideal to hold a Higher Technical Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety covering all three preventive specialties, along with knowledge of ISO 45001 management systems. * It would also be ideal to hold a Class B1 driving license and possess strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to travel to centers located across Catalonia and Aragon. **Still unsure?** *Forbes* recognizes **Bonpreu and Esclat** as one of the **100 best companies to work for across Spain**. **Wear pride with us—and join our team!** **Apply to this vacancy!**
