Although not mandatory, a medium-level vocational qualification in agri-food product processing and training in agri-food industries, HACCP, IFS, etc., would be highly valued. In the absence of technical training, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the food industry is required, and team management experience would be an asset. A medium-to-high level of computer literacy is essential for performing these duties.
