**Your mission**
As a **Quality Engineer \- Supplier Management**, you will serve as the technical reference point to ensure gear components meet the most demanding standards of a leading industrial machinery client.
**The challenges you’ll face:**
* You will conduct preliminary audits to define action plans.
* You will closely monitor implementation and compliance with agreed action plans.
* You will analyze and identify root causes of identified incidents.
* You will ensure adherence to the schedule established between client and supplier.
* You will prepare dashboards and weekly progress reports.
* You will participate in periodic meetings with the client to report on the status of actions and track improvement plans.
**What will make you succeed in this role:**
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Practical knowledge of industrial environments and ability to present action plan progress updates.
* Knowledge of Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, 8D, 5W, Ishikawa...).
* Advanced Excel skills and quality methodologies.
* English B2 \- C1; French is a plus.
**Your selection process will be as follows:**
1\. Brief introductory call to align expectations and get to know you (15 min).
2\. Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min).
3\. In-person technical validation with the Operations team / department heads to understand daily responsibilities (45 min).
