(Olot) Job Description Position Vacant **Junior Maintenance Technician** Location: Vic Region: Barcelonès Number of Positions: 1 Category: According to experience Department: Maintenance Working Hours: 07\-16h Salary: According to evaluation Contract Type: Permanent Contract Duration: Permanent Description: Junior Maintenance Technician – Industrial Plant (Vic) Location: Vic (Barcelona) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 16:00 Immediate incorporation An established industrial company in the food sector located in Vic is seeking to hire a Junior Maintenance Technician to reinforce its plant technical team. If you have recently completed a Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Mechanics or a related field and wish to develop your career in an industrial environment, this is your opportunity. Main Responsibilities Carrying out and monitoring preventive maintenance. Supporting industrial mechanical maintenance tasks. Recording and managing incidents using internal software. Assisting the maintenance team during technical interventions. Requirements Minimum qualification: CFGM in Mechanics or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of industrial experience (preferred). Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. Responsible, organized individual with a proactive attitude. Teamwork skills and eagerness to learn. Extensive experience is not essential, but motivation and commitment are required. Conditions Direct employment contract with the company is prioritized. For highly junior profiles with potential, initial incorporation via an Employment Temp Agency (ETT) may be possible. Full-time position with stable morning shift (7:00 to 16:00\). Salary according to profile and experience: Experienced profiles: above €35\.000 gross annually. Junior profiles: salary to be assessed based on background.
