Main responsibilities: Management and maintenance of the food safety system (BRC, IFS, SAE). Control and monitoring of the HACCP system and critical points. Supervision of the cleaning and hygiene plan (PNCH). Preparation and updating of technical sheets and labeling. Maintenance of the company's analysis plan. Support during certification and customer audits. Product and plant homologation for export. Advising on new formulations and continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality department (food industry, preferably meat sector). Higher education in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or Veterinary. Knowledge of food legislation and regulations in the meat industry. High level of Catalan, Spanish and English (essential). Driving license B. Personal skills: Methodical, problem-solving person with ability to work in a team. Empathy, discretion and initiative.
