The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support in the administrative, accounting and operational management of the company, ensuring proper control of invoicing, purchasing, supplier, cost and customer service processes. They will administratively manage a team of 15 people and provide support to the plant manager. Main responsibilities: - Accounting and invoicing - Issuance and recording of invoices for customers and suppliers. - Control and reconciliation of accounts and bank transactions. - Support in monthly and annual accounting closings. - Accounting document archiving and control. Purchasing and suppliers: - Requesting and comparing quotations. - Order tracking and delivery control. - Management of payments and collections, verification of delivery notes and invoices. - Maintaining an updated list of suppliers. Cost control: - Recording and analysis of operating expenses. - Preparation of basic cost and variance reports. - Customer management - Telephone and email customer service. - Resolution of issues and administrative support to the sales department. - Updating customer databases and documentation. - Monitoring of labor incidents (vacations, sick leaves, absences, work reports in direct communication with HR). - Support in general office administrative tasks.
