**Join the Boulder UP team at our most exciting stage!** We are a leading climbing center in Gijón and are about to take a major step forward—**our expansion is underway, and we need to expand our team.** For this reason, we’re looking for a person with an outstanding personality and great versatility to manage the heart of our facility: the combined Reception and Café area.
**What are we looking for?** We’re not seeking a conventional administrative employee, but someone who truly enjoys interacting with people—someone who:
* Has **personality and tact**: Capable of handling customers’ needs flexibly and with a smile.
* Is **versatile**: Equally comfortable managing membership registrations on the computer, pouring a draft beer, or preparing the perfect coffee.
* Possesses **strong responsiveness**: Able to navigate intense workload peaks calmly and efficiently.
* **Feels connected to climbing**: If you climb or know the mountain world, you’ll have a significant advantage, as you’ll speak the same language as our users.
**Your main responsibilities:**
* **Reception and Administration:** User check-in, processing new memberships, managing reservations, and handling phone/in-person inquiries.
* **Café:** Bar service (coffee, beverages, snacks); maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment.
* **Experience Management:** Serving as the center’s first point of contact, answering questions about the upcoming expansion and services.
**What we offer:** This position is structured for those who value having concentrated free time:
* **Intensive but compact work shifts:** You’ll work **Monday and Friday afternoons (4:30 PM–10:30 PM)** and **full days on Saturdays and Sundays**.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum experience in customer service or hospitality (proficiency in operating a professional espresso machine and pouring draft beer is mandatory).
* A solution-oriented profile with natural commercial aptitude.
* Residency in Gijón or surrounding areas.
* Having a personal vehicle is a plus.
