Resolution of loom-related incidents and quality control We are seeking 2 Apprentice Shift Supervisors to provide technical and operational support in a textile production environment. Responsibilities include ensuring proper loom operation by organizing start-ups, article changes, and preventive maintenance; controlling production quality to meet technical specifications; resolving loom-related incidents; achieving productivity targets; and maintaining order, discipline, and compliance with workplace safety regulations. A medium-level vocational qualification (CFGM) in Mechanics or equivalent is required. No prior experience is necessary, as the candidate will enter a 3\-5 year training program culminating in the role of shift supervisor. Flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate shift changes as needed for production requirements. An indefinite full-time employment contract is offered initially from Monday to Friday, morning shift 06:00 \- 14:00\. Salary: €1,221 gross per month. Work location: Moià.
