We are currently seeking an electromechanical technician responsible for preparing machinery according to company standards. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out tasks assigned by the workshop supervisor, including preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, etc. * Maintain workshop facilities in good order and cleanliness, and ensure proper care of tools and shared equipment. * Focus on continuous improvement of work processes by proposing enhancements to procedures, resources, machinery, etc. Key Challenges: * Working with highly diverse teams. * Ability to adapt to changing job assignments based on workshop needs. * Working at remote locations. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: * Vocational training (intermediate or advanced level) in mechanical, electrical, or electronic fields. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an electromechanical technician. * Interpersonal skills and social competencies. * Autonomy in problem-solving.
