The selected candidate will provide support to the HR department, taking on responsibilities related to management, follow-up, and coordination with various company managers. Main Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of personnel. Managing employee registrations and access to work platforms. Coordinating the onboarding process and initial training sessions. Monitoring and supporting new employees during their adaptation period. Analyzing staff turnover to identify causes and suggest improvements.
