The selected candidate will provide support in various accounting, administrative, and management tasks, particularly regarding projects, contracts, and internal processes. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and experience handling economic-financial management tools are essential. A background in Economics-Business Administration is required, along with prior experience in administrative management within financial or economic departments. Basic knowledge of accounting and familiarity with internal management tools are valued. Proficiency in the Fundanet software and prior experience in the healthcare sector will be considered advantageous. Main responsibilities include invoicing and meal allowance sheet accounting, managing grants and addenda via Fundanet, processing advances, fixed asset management, and uploading bank supporting documents. The candidate will also be responsible for creating accounting accounts in Contanet. Strong Excel and general office software skills are required, as well as organizational ability and attention to detail.
