Job Summary: We are seeking a Wood Production Coordinator to manage and ensure the proper execution of workshop tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and ensure delivery dates for construction sites. 2. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. 3. Currently, we are seeking **a Wood Production Coordinator**, whose mission will be to ensure the correct execution of workshop tasks, delivering on time, within agreed deadlines, and according to the established specifications for the wood workshop section. WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? * Manage and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines to construction sites (related to your furniture section). * Continuous monitoring and reporting to the Project Director regarding manufacturing progress. * Meet manufacturing deadlines mandated by the Project Director. * Source and negotiate with suppliers both pricing and lead times for manufacturing orders based on workload. * Resolve issues raised by collaborating departments (e.g., supplier-related issues, internal manufacturing issues). * Organize and control manufacturing orders. * Plan new projects and conduct economic and resource analysis (machinery, personnel, materials, space), along with ongoing monitoring thereof. * Directly negotiate with subcontractors. * Design critical workshop procedures/processes (e.g., process design for large-scale projects or standardized procedures for repetitive processes). * Report to the Production Manager. * Analyze and implement possible plant-level improvements in workshop operations.
