We are seeking a caregiver assistant to attend to a lady with Alzheimer's disease. We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, organized individual with solid experience in caring for elderly people. • Personalized accompaniment tailored to the user’s needs. • Meal preparation and assistance with eating. • Basic household tasks focused on home well-being. • General supervision and daily support. • Close, respectful, and discreet interaction. • Responsibility and commitment to confidentiality. * Minimum 2 years of experience. • At least two years’ experience working with elderly people. Competencies / knowledge: • Organizational skills and ability to independently manage routines. • Empathetic, communicative, and solution-oriented professional. • Patience, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills. * Spanish (advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Competencies / knowledge: Schedule from Saturday at 5:00 PM to Sunday at 7:30 PM (including overnight stay). Two weekends per month. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time position (20 hours per month)
